No, that's not a question posed by a dude outside a Hardee's. It was a scenario imagined by a member of Congress.

During a briefing Wednesday, Brad Sherman raised some concerns about North Korea with Vice President Mike Pence. Later, he tweeted out what was said, and while he made a few good points, the internet only remembers one of them.

Yep. He suggested North Korea could smuggle nuclear weapons into the United States in "a bale of marijuana." The logic of this strategy evaded Twitter.

Later, the Democratic congressman tried to clarify his previous comments.
